This is to certify that the accompanying flag was flown over the United States Capitol on April 16, 2010. 

At the request of the Honorable David Dreier, Member of Congress, this flag was flown in honor of the teachers at Gladstone Elementary School, San Dimas, California. Plato said, "The direction in which education starts a man will determine his future life." You have taught our children not only the important skills of reading, math, science, and history, but you have also provided love, confidence, encouragement, someone to talk to, someone to listen, and standards to live by. For these reasons and more, this flag, a symbol of all the United States stands for, was dedicated to you.
